Southdowns Architects work on the basis of the RIBA Plan of Work. Please don’t be worried about the formal nature of the plan; it’s just a means of breaking your project down into easily managed chunks. This provides greater control in terms of delivery and a better management of the cost.  

If you want us to be, SDA can be with you every step of the way through your project. From initial meetings and suggestions of how you might proceed to the first design sketches (where you might see your ideas visually for the first time!) all the way through to getting the keys to the front door!
